At Tinybytes, Game Programmers are gameplay masters. Beyond building tech, you will wear your designer hat and make a ton of calls on what goes into, and what doesn’t go into, games. With constant development of both live games and prototypes, game programmers have a ton of responsibilities here, and we’re looking for the best of the best… the type of programmers we can build entire game teams around.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of gameplay (UI, Cameras, Controls, Physics, Animations, etc) and social features (Leaderboards, Clans, Chat, Events, Tournaments, etc)
  • Development and implementation of both client and backend features
  • Make sure the game is fairly optimized by strong Profiling, Debugging and Testing
  • Update, improve and optimize games based on user metrics
  • Contribute to video game design decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for video games
  • Expert knowledge of Unity and C# is a must
  • Strong experience with JavaScript for backend
  • Strong experience working with UI
  • Experience using RESTful workflow
  • 3+ years of professional game programming experience on mobile games
  • 1+ shipped mobile games in GooglePlay and/or AppStore
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure. It is unlikely (however possible) to have cases of server crashes in our games, and we hope you can help in fixing a series of problems in a production environment

Are you an artist passionate about making commercially successful games, creating good looking, user friendly and consistent mobile user interfaces that delight our players? The role is very broad and you should be ready to tackle many different kinds of tasks, ranging from creative challenges to implementation tricks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and complete game visuals from concept to final assets
  • Create quality art in game by following visual guidelines defined by team lead artist or Art Director
  • Creating wireframes as well as visual design compositions based on project needs
  • Communicate and coordinate with other team members to find the best solutions from a cross-functional perspective
  • Work independently to complete given assignments
  • Provide time estimates for own tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for video games
  • 3+ years of professional experience in game art development, preferably in the field of interface design
  • Know Adobe CS package inside-out
  • Expertise with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, including a well-developed sense of color and composition
  • Experience with Unity
  • Strong conceptualization ability, visual communication ability, and drawing skills
  • Appreciation and understanding of User Interface design

At Tinybytes, Programmers are our wizards who bring games to life. This time, we’re looking for someone who can be an expert in tooling-related tasks for our games.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for creating tools and dashboards for our games
  • Our games are developed in Unity, so you’ll be fully working with that engine in the process
  • You will manage the process, and work with testers and other programmers
  • Contribute to video game design decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in game development and/or tooling

Your role will be focused on increasing our community, managing our Social Media, and contacting different influencers to escalate our games and improve their KPIs. You will have the ability to work independently without a lot of guidance and support: you see what needs to be done and you make it happen. As a member of the game team, you act as the bridge between millions of players and the team that creates the magic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create campaigns to grow our community
  • Handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Provide concrete insights about the impact of the campaigns and partnerships with influencers: stats, demographics of the players and users acquired, engagement rate, downloads
  • Share own tasks status with the rest of the team in advance and be present in meetings when needed
  • Understand current trends within the community and provide the team with insights
